Dr. Rao is a native Houstonian with over two decades of dedicated patient care experience. Prior to Dr. Rao joining the United Vein & Vascular Centers family, he had established his own practice to address the need for accessible, high-quality vein and vascular care. Dr. Rao has performed more than 10,000 venous procedures and remains committed to providing exceptional care for people suffering from vein and vascular conditions.

Dr. Rao is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology and is a respected member of the Harris County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Rao is dedicated to advancing the field of vein and vascular care and is happy to help people get back to living their best life.
