Dr. Desiree Clarke, M.D. has 10 years of experience as a vein specialist. She received her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in NYC, NY. She then went on become a registered physician in vascular interpretation and has previously worked as a physician and phlebologist at the Vein Clinics of America in Greenwich and Southbury, CT. “I have always taken a comprehensive approach to treating vein disease. Identifying and treating the root of the problem and then working one’s way to the surface is the best way to achieve lasting results with high patient satisfaction”, says Dr. Clarke. Early in her career Dr. Clarke knew she had to become an expert in her field. This led her to become a diplomat of venous and lymphatic medicine. “What I love most about treating vein disease is, seeing my patient’s self-confidence, quality of life and general sense of wellbeing improve! I feel proud that I have made a difference in so many patients lives, I feel I’ve achieved my childhood a dream of mine to become a doctor so that I can simply help people feel better.”
