We’re pleased to share that another board-certified vascular specialist will be available to see patients at our Phoenix, AZ location, ensuring you continue to have access to high-quality medical services — whether for routine visits, follow-ups, or new concerns.
While we encourage you to remain with UVVC, you are welcome to seek treatment from any provider of your choice. Should you choose to transfer your medical records, we will be happy to assist. Please send your request in writing to:
