Dr. Alexander earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Lincoln University and his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at Howard University Hospital, followed by advanced fellowship training in bariatric and minimally invasive surgery at both Howard and the Texas Endosurgery Institute.
