TIFFANY RUTH, M.D.

Dr. Tiffany Ruth has over 20 years of clinical experience and a strong background in emergency medicine and outpatient vein care. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of venous disorders, performing minimally invasive procedures to improve circulation, relieve discomfort, and restore confidence for her patients.

Dr. Ruth earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in the Bronx, New York. She later transitioned her focus to vein and vascular medicine after developing an interest in phlebology—a field that blends technology, precision, and patient-centered care to treat vein disease safely and effectively in an outpatient setting.

Before joining United Vein & Vascular Centers, Dr. Ruth practiced extensively in both hospital and urgent care environments, serving as an attending physician and clinical instructor in high-acuity emergency departments across New Jersey and New York. Her broad experience has equipped her with strong procedural skills and a calm, compassionate approach that helps patients feel at ease before, during, and after treatment.
