FRANCIS ZAVALLA, APRN

With over 15 years of experience in nursing and a decade as a nurse practitioner, Francis Zavalla is a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professional. His academic journey includes a Master of Nursing degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center. Before his healthcare career, Francis proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Corporal (E-4).

In 2021, Francis’s dedication to teamwork and exceptional patient care earned him the Clinical MVP award. Additionally, he is a passionate educator, having trained over 20 nurse practitioners nationwide in the management of peripheral arterial disease.

What truly motivates Francis is empowering patients. He excels at simplifying complex health information through clear analogies, guiding individuals to understand their condition, navigate treatment, and achieve healthier lives. Witnessing his patients’ improvement is his greatest reward.
