PATRICIA FLETCHER, M.D.

Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon

Dr. Patricia Fletcher has extensive experience treating complex arterial and venous disease. She specializes in minimally invasive procedures designed to improve circulation, support healing, and enhance patients’ quality of life through individualized, patient-centered care.


Dr. Fletcher earned her medical degree through the Dartmouth/Brown Program in Medicine, graduating with outstanding honors, and completed her general surgery training at the University of Connecticut. She went on to complete vascular surgery fellowship training at the University of Chicago, followed by advanced endovascular training at the Cleveland Clinic.


Over the course of her career, Dr. Fletcher has played a key role in developing and leading comprehensive vascular programs. She has served as Director of a dedicated vein and vascular center, where she helped establish a state-of-the-art outpatient interventional program and on-site vascular laboratory. Her clinical expertise includes the treatment of complex venous disease, peripheral arterial disease, carotid disease, aneurysmal disease, and limb-threatening ischemia, with a strong focus on limb preservation and long-term outcomes.


In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Fletcher has held numerous leadership roles within hospital systems and professional organizations. She has served as Chief of Vascular Surgery, President of the Medical Staff, and a member of a hospital Board of Trustees. She is also an active member of leading vascular societies and has been recognized multiple times as a “Top Doctor” for her contributions to patient care and clinical excellence.


Dr. Fletcher is known for her thoughtful, collaborative approach to care and her commitment to patient education. She believes that clear communication and personalized treatment planning are essential to achieving the best outcomes and helping patients feel confident throughout their care journey.
