ANDREA LOFAY, APRN

Andrea Lofay is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare. She combines clinical expertise, compassion, and technical skill to help patients achieve lasting improvements in circulation, comfort, and quality of life through minimally invasive vein treatments.

Andrea began her healthcare career in nursing and gradually advanced through nearly every level of patient care—from bedside and inpatient settings to advanced practice leadership. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Her broad experience includes both inpatient and outpatient care, with a special emphasis on venous and vascular disease. Over the years, Andrea has developed exceptional diagnostic and procedural skills, performing treatments such as endovenous ablation, ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, and vascular access management.

Andrea believes in providing care guided by empathy, collaboration, and education. She strives to ensure every patient feels informed, supported, and confident in their treatment plan, from the first consultation through recovery.
