HEDSON DESIR, M.D.
Dr. Hedson Desir is a board-certified family medicine and vein specialist with advanced training and experience in the diagnosis and treatment of venous disease. He is dedicated to helping patients improve comfort, mobility, and overall quality of life through minimally invasive vein treatments delivered with compassion, clarity, and respect.
Dr. Desir chose medicine because he believes patients deserve a physician who truly listens and takes their concerns seriously. His approach to care emphasizes trust, transparency, and shared decision-making, ensuring that every patient feels heard, supported, and confident in their treatment plan. He was drawn to vascular care for its ability to deliver meaningful results by addressing conditions that directly affect how patients feel and function in their daily lives.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Creighton University School of Medicine and holds a Master of Business Administration from Creighton University’s Heider College of Business. Dr. Desir completed his Family Medicine residency at Halifax Health Medical Center and continues to practice in both outpatient and inpatient settings. His clinical background includes extensive experience evaluating and treating chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins, and related vascular conditions, as well as performing minimally invasive vein procedures.

He prioritizes clear communication, individualized care plans, and patient comfort at every step of the treatment journey.
