Stephanie Morgando is a Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience in vascular and interventional care. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of venous disorders, performing minimally invasive procedures such as endovenous ablations and sclerotherapy to help patients find lasting relief from vein disease.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, Stephanie completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Georgetown University, graduating summa cum laude. She has since trained extensively under Mayo Clinic–trained vascular interventional radiologists, gaining specialized expertise in venous insufficiency treatments using ultrasound guidance and a wide range of vascular interventions.

Stephanie has served patients across Arizona in both outpatient vein clinics and hospital vascular centers, managing everything from complex vascular conditions to cosmetic vein treatments. She is passionate about patient-centered care and is known for taking the time to listen, educate, and empower patients to be active participants in their health journey.

Her care philosophy combines evidence-based practice with compassion and collaboration. She believes that the best outcomes come from not only treating symptoms but also building trust, providing education, and creating personalized care plans that improve both health and quality of life.
