GRANT FANKHAUSER, M.D.

Dr. Grant Fankhauser has extensive experience treating arterial and venous disease using advanced, minimally invasive techniques. He specializes in procedures designed to improve circulation, reduce symptoms, and support long-term vascular health through personalized, patient-centered care.

Dr. Fankhauser earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed both his general surgery residency and vascular surgery fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. His training provided a strong foundation in complex vascular procedures, endovascular interventions, and comprehensive patient management. 

In addition to his medical training, Dr. Fankhauser holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration, bringing a unique perspective to healthcare that combines clinical expertise with an understanding of healthcare systems, policy, and patient advocacy.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Fankhauser has held clinical and academic roles across leading institutions. He previously served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery and Director of Quality within a university-based surgical department, where he focused on improving patient outcomes, advancing quality initiatives, and supporting clinical innovation in vascular care. He has also practiced in multiple vascular-focused settings, providing comprehensive treatment for both arterial and venous conditions.
