We want to share that Dr. Brian Zebrowski is no longer practicing with United Vein and Vascular Centers (UVVC) effective January 29, 2025. We are incredibly grateful for the compassionate care and dedication he has provided to our patients.
While we will miss Dr. Zebrowski, we encourage you to continue your care with our exceptional team at UVVC, who is here to support you. Dr. James Kemmerling, M.D., FACS, is currently accepting new patients. He is a highly experienced, board-certified surgeon and vein specialist.
Dr. James M. Kemmerling is certified in venous ultrasound and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Kemmerling graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry. He then received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, and completed residency at Wright State University’s Integrated Surgical Residency program in Dayton, Ohio.
Prior to his work with United Vein & Vascular Centers, Dr. Kemmerling owned and operated a vein clinic in Green Bay, Wisconsin where he performed minimally invasive vascular procedures such as endovenous ablation, radiofrequency ablation, microphlebectomy, and sclerotherapy.
A veteran of the United States Air Force, Dr. Kemmerling served as an active-duty general surgeon for several years. He also served as the Medical Director of Bariatrics at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin where he established the Bariatric Center of Excellence.
