Dr. Quiñones comes to United Vein & Vascular Centers as a board-certified Surgeon and Vein Specialist with over 28 years of experience in this field. He received his medical degree from Faculty of Medicine, Seville, Spain. He is an experienced surgeon who previously operated his own practice in Puerto Rico. Dr. Quiñones held the prestigious position of Chief of Surgery at the MidMichigan Medical Center, Clare, MI and made America’s Top Surgeons List 6 years in a row.
We are fortunate to have an experienced doctor apart of our team who has spent the last 17 years focusing on Laser Vein Surgery. Dr. Rafael Quiñones now considers the laser vein surgery to be his most preferred method and the results and improvements he has seen in patients are by far the best in his career.
