RACHEL LAGROSA, APRN

Rachel Lagrosa, APRN, a seasoned nurse practitioner, is passionate about providing patient-centered care at UVVC. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Union College of Lincoln, Nebraska, and a Bachelor of Nursing from Creighton College of Nursing. She then furthered her education with a Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University of St. Louis.

Rachel’s decision to pursue a career in medicine was influenced by her family members’ experiences with chronic illness, and she desired to help others improve their quality of life. Rachel empowers her patients through education, enabling them to actively engage in their care. Her care philosophy emphasizes clear communication, patient-centered care, and a holistic approach.
