Dr. Patricia Mahoney is a board-certified surgeon and vein specialist who brings a passion for helping her patients to the UVVC team. Dr. Mahoney earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Creighton University and her Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine. Her dedication to medical excellence is evident in her numerous publications, speaking engagements, and awards, including Chief Resident and First Place Clinical Science Research Award.

Since childhood, Dr. Mahoney has had a deep appreciation for medicine. This passion has evolved into a profound respect for her patients and a commitment to alleviating their suffering. Her down-to-earth approach creates a comfortable environment where patients can feel at ease and fully understand their condition and treatment options. As Dr. Mahoney states, “My primary focus is on my patients, and I find great satisfaction in building relationships and connecting with each individual.”
