Dr. Sarah Donnelly Hans M.D. is a highly skilled patient centric board-certified surgeon who earned her Doctor of Medicine Degree at Northeast Ohio Medical University and her Bachelor of Arts with Honors at Brown University. She is board- certified in general surgery as well as in colon and rectal surgery. Dr. Hans decided she wanted to become a doctor at the age of 11 after breaking her arm while on a ski trip. She decided to pursue a career in surgery because she enjoys doing procedures which allows her to forge a genuine connection with her patients. “I feel like, through procedures, I am able to make an immediate and lasting impact on a patient’s quality of life” says Dr. Hans.

He then he then received his medical degree from the prestigious Harvard University School of Medicine in Cambridge, Massachusetts. At the end of his residency Dr. Zambuto was the Stanley Moore Wyman, M.D. award recipient. This award is given to the resident “who during four years of residency has demonstrated the integrity, humility, compassion, and dedication to excellence as embodied by Dr. Stanley Wyman during fifty years of service at the Massachusetts General Hospital”.

He then received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed residency at Albany Medical Center hospital where he was awarded an Outstanding Predoctoral Teaching Award for his exceptional commitment to the students at Albany Medical College.

Following residency, Dr. Ali N. Wazni completed additional training in the advanced treatment of venous disorders and varicose veins, including endovenous laser ablation (EVLA), Venefit™ endovenous radiofrequency ablation (RFA) catheter and ClosureRFS™, ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, and ambulatory phlebectomy. He has performed thousands of minimally invasive office-based procedures with outstanding success rates. Dr. Ali N. Wazni currently dedicates his career solely to treatment of venous disorders and varicose veins at United Vein & Vascular Centers.
